Jennifer Hisey was born in Omak, Washington and raised in East Wenatchee, Washington. She graduated from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington in 2001. She promptly moved to Eugene, Oregon to attend the University of Oregon School of Law. Jennifer graduated in 2004 and began working as a Staff Attorney for the Domestic Violence Clinic of Lane County Legal Aid. This was followed by her current position as a Staff Attorney with Legal Aid Services of Oregon at the Albany Regional Office in 2006. Her practice area focuses on poverty law with an emphasis in family law, public benefits and landlord/tenant law.
Jennifer currently lives in Eugene and spends her non-work time with her family, her dog and the library of books in her home.
